~~C & G Associates collectively bring decades of experience running and supporting major shipbuilding program offices, both as Government employees and as support contractors.  We have supported Navy shipbuilding program offices in all disciplines and at all levels, including the most senior level Government program office positions of PM, DPM and PAPM.  In the private sector, we have performed in a wide variety of support positions including as PM, DPM and PAPM counterparts for the duration of the PMS377 CSC Support Contract.

We have performed all aspects of program management and program integration and interacted at all levels of DoD both as Government employees and as support contractors.  Our “hands-on” experience in the Pentagon and with the Naval Sea Systems Command and its affiliated Program Executive Offices encompasses all aspects of the program management continuum from concept, requirements generation, construction and “commissioning” through Fleet operations and life cycle support.  We thoroughly understand what it takes to manage and run a Major Defense Acquisition Program and have demonstrated the ability to perform successfully and add value.
