I am looking for someone to be my next top manager. My agency is growing and I need someone who can learn fast and be a leader. The position is for a benefits specialist to enroll our union members into the programs and once you master that position I am going to put you in the management development program. We only promote from within the company so everyone above you has done this position; even the owners. Its a lot of hard work so I'm looking for goal driven ambitious people.
