Grady EMS is one of the largest providers of pre-hospital care in the southeast handling approximately 100,000 requests annually for emergency services dispatched at the appropriate life threatening response level as determined through Emergency Medical Dispatch.

Thirty percent of all critical trauma patients in Georgia are transported to Grady's Emergency Department, the busiest ER in Georgia. Grady is affiliated with the Emory University and Morehouse schools of medicine.
