Wanted - HOT ! - Good Ranch Hand in Texas
 
700 acre cattle ranch is looking for a good experienced Ranch Hand for a full time long term position. Live on the ranch. We are looking for a self-starter that can work unsupervised and be able to do some repairs and maintain the equipment as you go about your daily routine. Looking for someone willing to get the job accomplished and improve the ranch. A good work ethic goes a long way and we are easy to work with. We are looking for a stand up person that will give us an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay.
 
I will provide the following:
1) Recently remodeled 3-bedromm mobile home to live in with extra outside storage. Water & DISH TV and a WORK ONLY cell phone provided. You pay your electricity.
2) On the ranch work truck is provided.
3) Meat (ranch has wild hogs) Trap all you want. All other game is off limits.
4) The salary is $1800 per month.
 
You will provide:
Full ranch hand duties, including moving and monitoring irrigation equipment daily, working & feeding cattle, fly spraying and watching over the health of the cattle, barn and tool room organization, fence building and repair, tree cutting and removal when necessary as well as maintaining ranch vehicles and preventative maintenance on equipment. Some mechanical ability is required. Welding and fabrication knowledge is a plus. Must be able to drive a John Deer 4020 Tractor at a minimum and learn to move the irrigation equipment around.
