Western International Staff provides primarily Personal & Commercial Lines Claims Adjusters to the insurance industry.  We also offer other unique positions with our clients in other areas; such as Underwriting, Marketing & Product Development.  There are many differenct types of diciplines for each area of Personal Lines & Commercial Lines Insurance.  Some Insurance Carriers, Self Insured Companies and Third Party Administrators have excellent training programs and offer Temporary To Hire and Direct Hire Training Positions.  Western International Staff for the most part requires at least one to two years of experience for the positions portrayed on our website.  With that said, we do from time to time have Trainee Postions in Claims & Underwriting and these are very solid and lifetime positions.
