Our company is called Staples Energy. The company originally began in 1976 and has continually evolved over time in order to better serve the country’s growing energy efficiency needs. We are currently operating from 4 California locations including Bakersfield, Salinas, Fresno, and Roseville. Staples Energy is an energy saving group who partners with local utilities to educate customers on the benefits of saving energy. We perform energy efficient upgrades in residential homes to reduce energy usage and costs for our customers. 

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist. This individual would primarily be responsible for performing inspections on direct install projects assuring company standards are being met.

Responsibilities may include:

• Establish program to evaluate quality of installations and materials

• Ability to look for potential hazards

• Suggest and implement changes in working conditions to improve processes

• Coordinate with Program Manager 

• Quality assurance reporting and recordkeeping

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•  Working knowledge of computers including word processing, spreadsheets and databases

•  Basic business writing skills

•  Ability to communicate effectively and write concise reports for all levels of employees.

 Physical Demands:

•  Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend and move about the facility and field
•  Moderate travel to customer and other sites required.
