autoNETtools.com is a full service merchandising company that helps dealers attract, convert and manage online shoppers.  The role of this position has many opportunities for income generation. 

The first role is ensuring that the dealership’s vehicles appear optimally to shoppers both online and offline.  This includes picturing taking, customized comments for vehicle benefits stickers and online descriptions.   Since autoNETtools.com is a full service marketing agency, the dealership may choose one or all of the merchandising services.  Based on the services the dealership requests will determine how your performance is evaluated.  The dealership and autoNETtools.com will perform a monthly performance evaluation to ensure we are meeting customer expectations.  Additional income can be earned for high ranked performance evaluations.

To be successful as a merchandiser you will be accountable for your ability to communicate effectively with the dealership staff to generate high performance evaluations.

Since the position requires self-motivation and little supervision, the evaluation will also include a portion dedicated to your efficiency in meeting expectations.  Success in this area will have a direct link to your ability to capitalize on additional income opportunities.

Some additional responsibilities include but not limited to include the ability to manage and maintain all equipment owned by autoNETtools.com such as laptops, digital cameras, printers, window sticker stock sheets, etc.  You must have a valid driver’s license and supply your own insurance and transportation to the site location.
