Our weatherization division is rapidly growing and we have many vacant openings for Crew Chief & Technicians.

Entry level position, NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We provide on the job training.

A typical day consists of the 2-3 crew members meeting at the warehouse located at 55 Sixth Rd., Wouburn MA. At 7:00am. The crew receives a job for the day, loads up the work truck with materials needed, and drives together in the work truck to the job. The crew then performs retro-fit air sealing and insulation to walls and atics to improve energy efficiency and comfort.

With society’s attention continuing to push toward “green living” and energy efficiency, the weatherization business is BOOMING. There is potential for growth within the company and no shortage of work.
