CARPET CLEANING TECHNICIAN Medium to light labor 30-40 hours per week $12.00-$16.00 an hour average Car Allowance Job Description: • Position Summary: Responsible for providing quality carpet and upholstery cleaning services to our customers. • Responsibilities: Plans the workdays and determines the optimal travel route to scheduled appointments. Surveys and discusses in detail with the customer any services to be completed. Explains and sells as many additional services as the customer may desire. Ensures that all pre-assigned jobs are successfully completed. Completes and reviews invoices with the customer and secure payment for services. Properly secure all equipment in vehicle and telephone the next customer to alert them of time of arrival. Turns in all invoices and payments to Supervisor. • Qualifications: Demonstrate ability of good customer service techniques. Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with fellow associates and external customers. A team player. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills. Remain in good physical condition without history of prior problems (back, knee, shoulder). Ability to lift 45 pounds on a regular basis. High School Diploma or equivalent.
