The University:  Cal Poly Pomona is one of two polytechnic universities in the 23-campus California State University system. The Department:  The Mechanical Engineering Department serves approximately 1400 undergraduate and graduate students in the Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering programs.  The Department and University have a “learn by doing” philosophy.
