Heacock Insurance is a third-generation, family-owned agency serving Central Florida since 1922. Founded in Sebring, FL by Ford Heacock Sr., Heacock Insurance was the only insurance agency located along the ridge of Central Florida. Prior to 1922, the nearest insurance agency was in Tampa – a 2-day journey over unpaved roads.

Nearly a century later, we still hold true to the values of professional integrity and personal service upon which we were founded. As an independent insurance agency, we’re not bound to any one carrier. Consequently, our licensed insurance agents have the freedom to shop for plans offering the most competitive combination of coverage and price. Our mission is to provide our clients with individually-tailored insurance solutions that fully address their needs at a level of service that exceeds their expectations.

Heacock Classic is a national program providing insurance for the collector car hobby. Heacock Classic provides “Agreed Value” coverage for collector cars at rates which are much lower than family auto insurance.
