What you’ll do as a Technical Support Agent
· Troubleshoot customer technical phone support issues
· Provide accurate technical solutions in an effort to resolve each issue upon the first call.
· Consult with customers to describe products and/or services that will help them grow their online presence
What you need
· Strong problem solving skills in a technical, web based environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
· Experience with web based applications
· A passion to deliver outstanding customer service in a technical environment
· A desire to succeed
