Swimming Pool Construction Company looking for an Operations Manager. Hard working individual who will show up and work every day.

1) Construction knowledge a must.  Pool Construction knowledge preferred.

2) Most work done by in house employees  A person who is able to handle multiple phases of constructin and scheduleing 30+ employees

3) Able to deal with General Contractors and Cutomers in a professional manor. 

4) Decision maker.  A person who can solve problems and make necessary decisions on the job site. 

5) Drug free wrkplace

We work with General Contractors, Sub Contractors, Buildng Inspectors, Customers and Managers.  Must be able to handle many things at one time.  Must be very organized and a eam player.
