Berkley Life Sciences trainees participate in a variety of learning experiences to introduce them to the fundamentals of commercial property and casualty insurance.  It will include a work assignment/on-the-job training, self- paced online learning, classroom instructor led training and a formal mentorship program.   The training is progressive and once you complete the fundamentals, becomes more specific to understanding the marketplace, Berkley Life Sciences products and services and the overall company philosophy
