PHWS, Inc. is a third party customer care and warranty management service firm working with new home builders and developers.  Our company currently operates throughout California and North Carolina.  PHWS primary role is operating as a third party to help deliver new homes and educate new home buyers on the features of thier home and the warranty and service programs offered by thier builder. PHWS becomes the warranty and custoemr care department for our client base. We have both office administration positions and field operation positions coming open as the housing sector continues to improve.
