Candidates forTier One Technial Support must havea basic understanding of computer applications and ntworking.  Certifications and or degree,although favorable, are not requires but candidates must possess communications and problem solving skills. Candidates will be working directly with custmers over the phone and will be deployed to specific job sites. A woking reliable vehicle and valid driver's license is required for employment. Job specfc training will be provided.
