Daily Role of an Inbound Agent
Receive calls from customers that have received communication from our outbound team. Typically customers will call to report pin numbers received by the postal service, call to schedule an appointment to complete phone verifications, or check on the status of their profiles. This will include logging into Google Places for Business and Yelp Biz for US; collecting pin numbers for each site- initiated by a phone call or letter sent by the postal service; entering pin number to the sties for successful verification instantly. Additionally an inbound agent would be responsible for being logged into chat support to answer questions received in real time.
Key Performance Indicators for an Inbound Agent
Answer the phone with proper branding and scripting. Answer in a timely manner. Resolve the customer’s inquiry in a timely manner. Use canned responses provided in chat software. Asking the customer at the end of call/chat with “Is there anything else I may assist you with today?”
