MBMS Maintenance Services Inc. is a small damage-restoration and building maintenance company who is looking to hire a dedicated employee. Applicants must be willing and able to do all phases of construction yet humble enough to do what it takes to complete the assigned task; from picking up a hammer to sweeping off parking lots. Routine projects include roof repair, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, drywall repair and painting.

Experience in damage restoration (drywall repair, painting, etc.) and property maintenance is desired. Applicant should possess basic personal tools, have a valid driver'slicense, auto insurance and have reliable transportation (preferably a truck with the ability to carry a company furnished ladder. Additionaly, the ideal applicant will be a problem solver, an effective communicator and possess basic computer skills and equipment to submit service reports online.
