Safe Harbor Communities is a division of our commercial real estate development group and acts as its manager of the manufactured home communities it owns. We are focused on the acquisition, development and management of the manufactured housing assets in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland markets of the Midatlantic region.
