Employers

When you partner with us, you will receive our personal, hands-on approach. This means a DC SmartStaff representative will meet with you at your premises to get a feel for your work environment and culture, meet supervisors, and learn the details about the jobs that need filling. Then, the very same person will work to recruit, screen and interview candidates for your open positions.

You will always have direct access to this representative and he or she will follow-up with you on a regular basis to ensure that your expectations are met and exceeded.

Temp-to-Hire

If you’re not sure you’re ready to hire someone permanently, our temp-to-hire service can help you make the right match. We can search out and find a great candidate or we can place your potential candidate on our payroll, either way, you’ll have a trial period during which you can evaluate a candidate on the job – virtually eliminating the changes that you’ll make the wrong hire.

This trial period is the best way to evaluate a candidate on the job. You’re under no obligation to hire a candidate permanently unless you both agree that it’s a good fit.

Direct Hire
