I have 3 trucks that I lease to a larger company. The Middle Tennessee Terminal is based in Portland. 

I am looking for CDL Driver with at least 1 year experience with 53 ft trailers. Freight lanes typically stay east of the Mississippi River. Very seldom is freight run into New York City, but it does sometimes run through NYC. Mostly stay in Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Virginia. Home weekly, but if you want to stay out longer you can.

I have 2 different pay options. 
1. 50% of the Net. Total Revenue minus operating expenses for the truck (truck payment, insurance, fuel, etc). This pay option is NOT Forced Dispatch.

2. .42 cpm on empty and loaded miles. This pay method is Forced Dispatch. 

I also offer 3 different bonuses each month based on performance.

1 week paid vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 5 years.

Finally there is a $1000 sign on bonus.
