The pay-

I start people depending on your experience. 

After 30 moves - 

I'll evaluate your progress based off the supervisors reports that gets turned in by supervisor every thirty moves you complete. If you have a good attitude, are on time, learn how to wrap furniture correctly you will get a raise. Now you will start to drive with the supervisor present.

After thirty more -

Again I'll evaluate your progress from the supervisor reports. If you have a good attitude, are on time, drive the truck safely, learn how to wrap furniture correctly and if the supervisors agree that your should be promoted to supervisor you will get a raise. 

Supervisor -

Now you will be promoted to supervisor. Going forward you will be evaluated every thirty moves. It will be much harder to get promotions because you will be evaluated by the men you have trained and they are a product of your training. 

Bonuses and incentives-

There are ways to make more money by positive customer feedback. For every good review that our customer writes mentioning the supervisor's name we will pay the supervisor an extra hour of pay.
