Office Personnel: (Admin, Pool Attendants, Leasing Consultants (licensed, non-licensed, bilingual, tax credit), Assistant Manager, Property Manager.

Maintenance Personnel: (Groundskeeper, Housekeeper, Porter, Make-Ready Tech, Maintenance (Non-EPA), EPA Lead Maintenance.

Some of the qualities that we look for in a candidate include: Being self-motivated; work well with others; work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task and provide top-notch customer service.
