Who We Are

NexGenPM is a commercial preventive maintenance organization that specializes in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC-R) industry. Our industry experience and business process strength allow us to develop customizable preventive maintenance programs for our clients. The preventive maintenance (PM) programs can range from a single equipment type to full facility wide maintenance on production equipment that is tailored specifically to our client’s assets.

Randall Pierce founded NexGenPM in 2008 as a sole proprietorship that focused primarily on the commercial HVAC-R industry. Randall has over thirty years of experience working in general maintenance with specializations in preventive maintenance. He has significant experience in the hospital/clinic facilities and manufacturing facilities along with maintaining multiple specialized licenses through our supplier partners such as Carrier, Rheem & Trane.

Joshua Pierce joined NexGenPM in 2012 with a task of expanding the business at a sustainable rate so that NexGenPM could become more specialized in the residential solar panel industry while Randall focused his expertise on the commercial business. Joshua has a prestigious business background and education that will support and guide the company during this time of expansion.
