Bella Vista Management LP is an apartment management company: We manage C Class Apartment buildings (C class Apartments are apartments where the average resident has an income that is defined as low to medium)  in Dallas, Texas.  The specific location of Dallas is the 75228 zip code near the intersection of Interstate 30 and Buckner Blvd.  We are looking for courtesy officers to help keep our communities safe.  The position does not allow carrying any weapons.  The position is working evenings including Friday and Saturday night.  A typical shift begins around 5PM.  Here is an example of what the job consists of:  Walking around the property community to ensure that no criminal activity is happenning.   Calling the police in the event of an emergency.  Helping the residents if they are in need of something, such as, call a maintenance person due to flooding. etc..
