Integra Benefits background and job description:  

 

Integra Benefits is a health and life benefit business with an emphasis on health insurance.  We own and operate exclusive plans through Humana, Blue Cross, Assurant Health, and Munich Rea.   

We are growing and expanding our sales department in several states.  We are specifically looking for experienced sales agents.  Applicants should be confident, self motivated, self starting.  Current licensing is a huge plus.

 

If hired, you would begin your employment with a one week training course in our office to familiarize yourself with our products.  We own and operate exclusively designed plans through Humana, Assurant Health, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.   

 

Our sales agents begin as inside sales representatives.  Managers are on hand to assist you where you might need assistance.  Within 30 days, when you are comfortable with our products, you are given an opportunity to work phone sales from your own home.

 

There is no cold calling or prospecting involved.  Our agents work with warm leads that are generated in the office by lead generators.   The agents are pursuing sales by contacting individuals and businesses who have already expressed interest in receiving a quote from our company.

 

We offer lucrative advanced commission.  We assist our agents to obtain licenses in other states.  Bonuses and trips are granted to our top producing agents.  As we continue to grow, there is ample room for career advancement.
