International Freight Forwader with offices in New York, United Kingdom and Hong Kong looking for a Candidate to handle Domestic Trucking for the Tri-state Area 

Must be well organized, have strong communication skills & a Team player 

Experiene with Microsoft Office & Excel a plus

Job responsibilities include:

-Coordinating Pickup & delivery schedules to and from variouos locations in the tri-state area

-Keeping constant contact with truckers & customers via e-mail and phone to advise them of pickup dates , delivery dates and issues relating their product

-Updating our web based tracking system to ensure that information is up to date and accurate

-Working on TMS (transportation management system) in order to facilitate the routing of freight to the trucker

-Hanlding of LDP shipments - coordinating pickup  and deliver of freight from various airlines & contaner freight stations

-Billing on various shipments

-Occasionaly running reports or filling out excel spreadsheets for reports requested by the customer
