Mobile Catering Business in Riverside, CA. We specialize in making funnel cakes, burgers, and many other fast foods. We will take our concession trailers to a location, unload ice chests, supplies, set up, prep food, prepare fryers, grills etc. Serve at event, (which can be very busy at many of our events). Then we will clean up, tear down, load up and drive back to home location. We need people who can lift 50 lbs minimum. must have own car and valid drvers license. Must be able to multi task, and work in a fast environment. The position is part time, and seasonal. Prefer people wth fast food experience. But will conider others, with food experience.
