Executive and Personal Protection

I am starting a small business in the Greater Pittsburgh area and I'm looking to hire military veterans and law enforcement trained personnel.  As you probably have gathered from my business name, I have a great interest to hire female candidates, but to not exclude males.  There is a great damand for female protection agents in this business, but for some reason we're not having great luck finding candidates.  I'm looking to help our females vets that are looking for work, or just looking to earn a little extra money and excitement with this career.  My website will be up shortly, but unfortunately I need to have employees before It can fully be advertised.

Employee duties will include protecting VIPs, high ranking CEOs, celebrities, and/or their families; providing protection for special events; motorcades; principal evacuations; searching buildings and vehicles for explosives or other dangerous or deadly materials, and provide medical care (CPR/AED) if needed, in the Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania area.
