RMS Utility Services (RMS) is a service company specializing in underground line control services that are performed on water and sewer mains ranging in size from 3/4" up to 48" and beyond. We work for municipalities, contractors and developers to connect new mains through line tapping, isolate pipe segments through line stopping and valve insertion. We also work in water treatment plants on control valves and valve actuators. We are a small, privately held organization that believes in team work and has fun doing it!
