Field lead Job Description:

       Reports to Field supervisor in each shop.

       Work week consists of six days weekly.

Leads will be expected to perform installations on a weekly basis which will include the following: lifting and climbing, ladders, installing equipment, going through crawl spaces and climbing through attics.

Train and teach vendors technology tools i.e.; WorkAssure, Meters, Teletrak system for billing, that are needed to be used every day by vendors in field to help maximize our vendor's efficiency.

Utilize data and reporting tools QC reports, QC routes, Late report, WorkAssure usage report, Meter report, to help themselves in the everyday decision making process that is a part of the job.

Provide suggestions and strategies to help resolve and fix field issues if any that are coming up, daily, weekly, monthly.

Two days a week, tasks will be assigned that need to be completed and report to be given back to the shop Field Supervisor by each Lead.

 Lead's will be expected to manage additional equipment for supporting the vendors in the field that is needed to replace defective equipment, up-selling of job and or pick up work that created a need for more equipment.

 QC (minimum of 15) work orders weekly and document per work order, work done by our vendors.

 Review and correct documentation from vendors being handed in for billing on a daily basis to Dispatch Department personnel for processing...

       Resolve any disputes that may arise between field vendors.

      Make sure all vendors are moved out of shop by 7:30 am so they can be at first job         by 8:00 am.

      Cross train on Dispatch procedures to get more familiarized with internal versus           external processes.

 If needed, help in warehouse to pick, pull, scan and supply vendors with equipment needed to complete their routes. Lift up to one hundred pounds, stand or sit for long periods of time, crawl, climb or squat.
