We are a start-up Biotech Company located in the Technology Incubator on the campus of USF in Tampa.  We use nanotechnology to improve delivery of chemotherapeutic drugs to cancer patients. Our technology targets the drug to the tumor thereby decreasing toxicity and increasing efficacy of the drug.

We currently employ 18 people and run three labs.  The company is growing in number and expanding in space.  Our personnel are made up of 5 chemists, 7 biologists, 1 project manager, 1 financial officer, 2 lab techs and 2 administration staff. The average age of the company is 42yrs, with a range from 23 - 62yrs.
