RPL is a family owned military friendly company that is based in Campbell California that has been in business for 45+ years.  We offer support to management companies throughout the greater Bay Area offering construction repairs and modifications to planned housing developments as well as, Homeowner Associations.  We complete general maintenance repairs such as, but not limited to, carpenter work, concrete work, sheetrock work, painting, landscaping, janitorial, electrical, fencing, plumbing, general building maintenance, termite repairs, dry rot repairs, siding repairs, gutter repair and replacement, welding, graffiti removal, door hardware, lighting upgrades, lighting maintenance, and mailbox replacement.

We have a staff comprised with several General Contractors and Journeyman, and are looking to expand our company with those seeking an entry level, or Journeyman position.  We are a non-union shop.
