Kerns Carpet One, locally owned and operated, is looking for a full time (35-45 hrs/wk) sales professional for our retail operation located in Fox Point. Our sales professional's sell floor covering products and full service installation to many of the most discriminating clients in the Milwaukee area. Delivering the highest level of service and communication to our clients is key to our company and sales professional's success. Candidates must enjoy working with people, deliver the highest level of professional and ethical customer service both during and after the sale per our company's high standards.

Qualified candidates should possess the following attributes. . .
At least 1 year of proven sales experience, especially selling "big ticket" items. Strong sales ability & follow up skills. Strong organization & time management skills. Strong communication skills. Friendly outgoing personality. Highly independent & hard-working self starter. Good computer skills. Previous experience in floor covering preferred but not required. Goal driven professionals with high sales closing rates & experienced in a commissioned sales environment.
