I will start by briefing you about the company .the company name is  CMC limited was incorporated on December 26, 1975, as the 'Computer Maintenance Corporation Private Limited'. The Government of India held 100 per cent of the equity share capital. On August 19, 1977, it was converted into a public limited company.
In 1978, when IBM wound up its operations in India, CMC took over the maintenance of IBM installations at over 800 locations around India and, subsequently, maintenance of computers supplied by other foreign manufacturers as well
