Renewal by Andersen is the exclusive start to finish replacement division of the Andersen Corporation.  We sell, install, service and warrantee the RbA line of patented, custom built replacement windows.  Renewal by Andersen deals direct with home owners and the Andersen factory.  We do not resell to retail locations.

Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales representative is an entry – level FT or PT position.  The inside Rep is responsible for setting up appointments with prospective customers for an RbA representative to meet with them in their home.  This is done by answering calls from prospects that are calling in and by following up on warm leads we get from home shows, and traditional advertising like web, tv, radio, direct mail and the like.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a persuasive talker and have an assertive attitude towards the phone and hitting their goals.  This person will be driven to succeed and motivated by not only financial reward but also by team and company goals.  The candidate should be hard working, and look forward to taking on large challenges in order to meet and exceed goals.  They will also be responsible, punctual, and hard working.

Compensation:

The pay for inside sales representatives has 2 components.  All reps earn a base pay of between $10-11/hour.  In addition to this, reps are eligible for the compensation plan, which pays bonuses based on productivity.  Average rep pay falls between $15-$20/hour.  In addition to that, we have monthly, quarterly, and other contests where compensation ranges from group outings, to VISA gift cards.
