Going Green Solar LLC / Erus Builders LLC, a leading regional player in the home energy and solar industry positioned to expand into multiple states, is seeking immensely passionate and motivated Outside Sales Consultants to join their growing team of dedicated professionals! Even in the midst of a struggling economy, the home energy reduction and solar industry is exploding. The Federal government has committed (and just renewed in 2013) tens of billions of dollars to the industry as have local utilities, making this industry a modern-day gold rush!

 

  • The Outside Sales Representative will have a track record of adding value wherever they go and creating a following second to none. Ideally, you are passionate about clients, selling and excel at closing.

    What Going Green Solar has to offer Outside Sales Representatives:

    • World class training program. You will learn the ins and outs of the solar business and a 10 step selling process. There is a one week classroom training, training manual and on-line video training library.
    • Paired in the field with an experienced representative as a mentor/coach on the first few appointments for on the job training.
    • A draw program of $500 per week is available for new Outside Sales Representatives
    • Pre-set appointments are provided. Reps supplement these with self-generated leads, which is rewarded with a higher commission.
    • Uncapped commissions and earnings potential
    • Our top producers with an above average closing ratio are making $100k to $150k+ in annual income.  This is a 100% commission Sales Position. 
    • Career advancement for top performers. Successful future career paths includes building a high six figure sales income, sales management, leading an expansion into new areas or other opportunities at the corporate office in training, recruiting, or management.
  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • As an Outside Sales Consultant for GGS, your primary responsibility will be to meet with prospects and turn them into delighted clients. This will require becoming an industry expert who can autonomously relay the environmental and financial benefits of home energy efficiency and solar improvements in the home. Ultimately, you will show customers how to reduce their energy expenses at little to no additional cost to them.

    You must be a driven sales superstar who excels at making long-term, emotional connections with people and closing sales. This position also requires someone who is able to manage their time while maximizing their leads.

  • Our successful sales reps are great at a one call close type of sales process. The art of a one call close is not pressure selling.  It is moving people to take action, through credibility and rapport; emotional involvement and logic.  Experience with in-home sales is very beneficial.  We are looking for the top 1% to 2% of great salespeople.  We can teach product knowledge.  We need you to have the skillsets already.  Our training will take you to the next level. You will become an expert who understands solar and energy efficiency, giving you the ability to show customers how to reduce their energy cost at no additional cost.

    Some industries that some of our sales reps have come from: timeshares, merchant services, water filtration, home improvement, vacation, auto, RV, motorcycle, water craft, energy efficiencies, sales, burglar alarms, dish network, direct tv, roofing, AC, HVAC, Solar, Door / windows, kitchens, aluminum siding.
