POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of production and packaging equipment for plastic film converting manufacturer; diagnoses problems, performs repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment that integrates electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with minimal assistance. POSITION SUMMARY (Briefly describe the purpose of the position ) The Technology Manager will support programs within the Workforce Innovation Center with technical, program and advocacy responsibilities. The Technology Manager will be responsible for helping achieve the job creation and successful placement of blind and visually impaired people. The primary focus for the Technology Manager will be in the technical analysis and implementation of accessible work environments within Envision and within external partner organizations. The Technology Manager will play a vital role in building a technical program that is cross-functional and process oriented to achieve the blind and visually impaired employment and training goals.
