Help Wanted- Maintenance technician for a high-rise condominium located in Alexandria, VA. Applicant must possess basic mechanical ability for building maintenance. Must possess basic skills in plumbing installation/repair sinks, faucets, toilets ect. Basic skills in electricity such as changing bulbs, light fixture installation, and switch plate installation ect. Installation of common kitchen appliances (garbage disposals, stove hook-up, ect). You will be working under the supervision of both the chief building and assistant engineer. This job offers an excellent opportunity to learn many skills in the building maintenance field.
