Wireless Telecom Company-

Dell-Comm Inc. has been serving the Great Plains Region for over 25 years.  I have recently joined their company that has been rooted and proven in the Fiber installation industry.  Both in-building and underground boring.  With the wireless tower industry needing fiber up the towers and not only to the shelters, a need for tower crews was implemented.  That is my position with Dell-Comm Inc.  I have created a new division working with wireless phone carriers such as Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and the like.  

We have positioned ourselves this winter not just in full Cell Site builds but also in the new technology of Small Cells just rolling out.  

Dell-Comm Inc. is a Family run Woman owned Minnesota company.  We have offices in Minneapolis, Duluth, Fargo, Grand Forks and Bismarck.  We have extensive experience over seas and in Military controlled and mandated enviroments.  

We are in need of personal with experience in tower rigging work, coaxial, fittings and connectors, sweeping and analyzing including PIM gear.  We typically are home most weekends during the summer season and all of the winter.  The company offers benefits for non-union employee's, 401K and paid vacations after time worked.  The first people hired will be targeted for leading roles expanding our new wireless phone division.
