Enrollment Specialist

About the Job

Part position, under general supervision determines candidate admissibility to university.​ Utilizing a student commitment Process, enables prepared and committed students to enroll and persist in school in pursuit of their program of choice.​ 

Minimum Job Requirements: 

Associates degree preferred with 1 to 3 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.​ 

 

Military or military dependent background is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contacts candidates assigned to them using the phone, email and other approved methods
  • Sets appointments for candidates to assess qualifications and understand their goals and suitability for the campus offerings or online 
  • Providing general information on campus and online program offerings
  • Maintains contact with candidates throughout the enrollment process and into the students second term
  • Asks candidates and students for appropriate referrals
  • Accurately records activity and information using the company's information systems according to policy
  • Adheres to all company and regulatory rules and requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
