Enrollment Specialist
About the Job
Part position, under general supervision determines candidate admissibility to university. Utilizing a student commitment Process, enables prepared and committed students to enroll and persist in school in pursuit of their program of choice.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Associates degree preferred with 1 to 3 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Military or military dependent background is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Contacts candidates assigned to them using the phone, email and other approved methods

Sets appointments for candidates to assess qualifications and understand their goals and suitability for the campus offerings or online

Providing general information on campus and online program offerings

Maintains contact with candidates throughout the enrollment process and into the students second term

Asks candidates and students for appropriate referrals
-
Accurately records activity and information using the company's information systems according to policy

Adheres to all company and regulatory rules and requirements

Other duties as assigned
