The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza

The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza chronicles the assassination and legacy of President JohnF. Kennedy; interprets the Dealey Plaza National Historic Landmark district and the John F. Kennedy Memorial Plaza; and presents conemporary culture within the context of presidential history.

The Museum is located on the sixth and seventh floors of an early 20th-century warehouse formerly known as the Texas School Book Depository.  The permanent exhibit features films, photographs and artifacts that chronicle President Kennedy's life, death and legacy.  Temporary exhibits can be seen on the seventh floor.
