One Source has been in business since 1996 in Houston, TX and is a credit reporting company for mortgage lenders.  We are a small woman-owned business with over 30 years experence in the mortgage industry.

We provide credit reports, copies of tax transcripts and verifications of social security numbers to the mortgage lender.  We are a service organization and our skills focus on assistng the mortgage lender in understading the credit report information on their potential borrower(s).
