The history of our dealership begins with the founding of Norfolk Motor Company in 1938 by Walter Wilkins. Wilkins Chevrolet opened for business on Military Highway in 1955, followed by the establishment of Bay Chevrolet by Walter Wilkins II, the current owner and president, on February 11, 1981.

We are located a mile away from Norfolk International Airport at 6970 North Military Highway, Norfolk, VA 23518.
