Main functions & duties:

Answering inbound calls from both independent agents and customers

Providing a "WOW" service experience for all callers

Multi-tasking in several systems daily

Phone underwriting when taking endorsements
-
Answering billing questions and taking payments
Required Qualifications:
-
2-5 years office/customer service experience
-
Computer knowledge - Outlook, typing minimum 30 WPM

Ability to adapt to change easily and willingly
-
Ability to multi-task throughout an 8 hour shift

Team player
-
Critical thinking skills - ability to make appropriate underwriting decisions daily
Desired Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
-
Experience in insurance, call centers or both
