Main functions & duties:

  • Answering inbound calls from both independent agents and customers
  • Providing a "WOW" service experience for all callers
  • Multi-tasking in several systems daily
  • Phone underwriting when taking endorsements
  • Answering billing questions and taking payments

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years office/customer service experience
  • Computer knowledge - Outlook, typing minimum 30 WPM
  • Ability to adapt to change easily and willingly
  • Ability to multi-task throughout an 8 hour shift
  • Team player
  • Critical thinking skills - ability to make appropriate underwriting decisions daily

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience in insurance, call centers or both
