H.F.H., Ltd., a family partnership established in 1965, owns and manages a diverse real estate portfolio, including apartment properties and multi-tenant commercial properties.  We are looking for a full-time employee in Western Los Angeles County with a broad background in the following:  Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, landscaping, water heater maintenance and repair, portering and other ad hoc assignments.   Prospective employees must work well with others and be willing to take direction from on-site managers and maintenance foreman.

HFH offers health insurance coverage to the employee and has a pension plan available to employees who qualify based on length of service at HFH.  All employees initially receive two weeks of paid vacation per year. 

Compensation will be commensurate with background and skills but will likely begin in the $15 an hour range.  Prior to permanent employment, a three month probationary period must be completed.
