Overview: Seeking an entry level Assistant Manager position in theretail environment who is excellent in customer service and assiting in the day to day operations of a Sears Hometown Store. Hometown stores are independently owned and unique in that they are able to offer the same merchandise a Sears full line store offers but in a local community. Job Description: o Salaried position with great commission opportunities based on the store's performance. o Manage employees to reach their full selling potential. o Manage operations of the store in an ethical and honest way. o Deliver superb customer service. o Unload home appliances and lawn tractors from a tractor trailer on a weekly basis. Job Requirements: o At least 18 years old. o Energetic and coachable o Sales experience preferred. o Management experience preferred. o Able to lift at least 100 lbs. Must be able to move large appliances on a daily basis. o Must be physically able to unload appliances and lawn tractors by hand from delivery trucks. o Must work evening hours and weekends.
