Responsibilities: • Installation of security systems for mostly residential but some light commercial • Review and prepare for each job according to location and account notes • Offering/upselling additional equipment so each customer is completely protected • Customer training in use of equipment • Ensuring that documentation is properly completed and submitted to corporate • Service calls to replace or repair defective parts, trouble shoot system and customer (re)education • Maintain inventory and manage schedule for installations • Use of personal vehicle (must be reliable) • Use of own tools (must have basic tools to start) Requirements: • Low Voltage experience required • Security system installation experience highly desirable • Sales/ Customer Education experience preferred • Must pass National criminal background check • Professional appearance and good communication skills • Local state or city security licensing (if applicable) • Valid driver's license and auto insurance • Saturday availability required • Physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 40lbs Please submit resume, qualifications, and a brief summary as to why you should be considered for this position.
