The mission of Bittersweet, Inc. is to positively impact the lives of individuals with autism and those whose lives they touch.  Bittersweet uses a world-renowned agricultural model that provides a community of interdependence in which the potential of each person is envisioned and developed.  Founded in Whitehouse, Ohio, in 1983, Bittersweet now provides services at four sites in Ohio: Whitehouse, Pemberville, Lima, and Middletown.
