Truly Noble Services, Inc.

Responsive, innovative, progressive: Keywords that help describe the ideals of the Truly Noble
Services, Inc. steering committee.

At the helm, CEO and Chairman of the Board James L Easley, begins each day with a passion and
confidence. He started Truly Noble in 1996. Having climbed the ranks in Copeland’s Restaurants and
Brinker International, Easley often compares fast paced restaurant preparedness to construction project
planning. “Stay above the fray and manage through strong and well qualified supervisors”. He often
coins Ronald Reagan’s famous phrase, “Trust but Verify”.

Mr. Easley frequents job sites checking quality even though as CEO his time for developing business and
new leaders demands that he put in long hours to balance field and office duties.
Joining the organization in 2008, President and CFO, Randy E. Cecil brings a well- rounded experience
history to Truly Noble. With a career start in Dallas banking and tenure in the commercial insurance
industry Cecil made a shift to construction services and followed by the distribution of specialty building
products. As VP/ General Manager for Woodmark International, LP, Mr. Cecil held a key role in market
and product line development, establishment of subsidiary branch operations and international vendor
management. Woodmark International led the charge in product design innovation and quality
standards providing wholesale distribution to the U.S. Home Builder industry on an international scale.
Today, Randy takes responsibility for fiscal management of the Truly Noble companies, including risk
management, banking and finance.

Brenda Easley, Executive VP/HR, heads up Human Resources while directly managing the Accounting
processes. Workplace productivity is tantamount in Brenda’s day to day leadership role. Matching
aptitude with job skill requirements demands flexibility and solid judgment. Brenda’s business
experience gained before sharing the reins with James Easley in the early Truly Noble years has fostered
an intuitive sense when it comes to matching prospective new-hires to departments and job routines.

Direct oversight of field service operations comes under the supervision of Jason Owens, VP Director of
Field Operations. Jason gained a broad construction background prior to joining Truly Noble as a job
estimator. Having later progressed to a field superintendent role, Jason was tapped for the position to
head up Field Operations following the work plan established by James Easley.
Today Jason manages the field services component throughout our eight states of service and does so
via market managers and field supervisors.

Each and every day at Truly Noble’s headquarters in Garland, Texas there is an excitement about new
customers, expanding markets, product innovations and processes refinements. In the construction
services arena our opportunities continue to grow. Growth comes not only from the REO (Realtor
Owned) sectors but from new homeowner lending programs such as 203K, insurance casualty loss
renovations and retail renovations like kitchen remodels. At this writing sales are up over 35% year to
date while profitability continues to improve. Our model is working very well and we continue to tweak
the workflow processes. Expenditures in software development and hardware additions prove to be a
key ingredient in the separation between Truly Noble and would be competitors. We are not standing
still lest we become complacent.

We are charging forward to reach new frontiers and to fully saturate our growing markets.
